Ingredients
2 tbsp organic butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp garbanzo bean flour or coconut flour
1 3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp garlic powder
dash of malt vinegar-free Worchestire sauce
dash cayenne pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt the oil and butter in a pan on low heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Make sure not to brown the roux. This is supposed to be a white sauce.
Stir in coconut milk and keep stirring until it thickens up. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and stir to combine.
