Spicy Gingersnap Almond Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups blanched almond flour
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of coconut
1/4 tsp powdered stevia
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Combine almond meal, salt, spices and baking powder in a bowl. Stir together stevia and water in a smaller bowl and then add vanilla, egg and oil and combine. Mix wet ingredients into dry. Form 1/2 inch balls and press onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 5-6 minutes. Cool and serve.
