Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breast

  • 1 cup chopped Granny Smith apples

  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 cup chopped & peeled celery

  • 1/2 sliced avocado

  • 1/2 head butterleaf lettuce

  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise, find recipe HERE

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except lettuce, and serve on the lettuce bed. Can be served slightly warm or cold.
